Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the beetroot into cubes.
  • 2.   Blanch and peel the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the garlic.
  • 4.   In an oiled pan, sauté the garlic, add the tomatoes and simmer over low heat.
  • 5.   Add the beetroot and let it cook, stirring occasionally until it reaches a puree consistency.
  • 6.   Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente.
  • 7.   Mix the vegetable mixture with the pasta as soon as it is cooked and serve immediately.

  • 1 kg of tomato (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
