Apple and clementine compote

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and peel the fruits.

    Cut the apple into quarters, and segment the clementines (or mandarins).

    Be sure to remove the seeds.
  • 2.   Pour a little water into a saucepan, then add the cut fruits.
  • 3.   Let it cook covered over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4.   Blend and let it cool before enjoying!
