Lentil Pasta with Crispy Garlic

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the garlic thinly.

    Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the garlic until crispy.

    Add the breadcrumbs and briefly sauté.

    Remove everything from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Cook the pasta for 5-6 minutes in a large pot of salted water, they should be just al dente.

    Using tongs, remove the pasta from the water and place directly into the skillet with the oil.

    Add a little pasta cooking water and finish cooking the pasta over low heat, stirring.
  • 3.   Cook the lentils as indicated on the package and then add them to the pasta.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with garlic and serve immediately.

  • 8 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 400 g of pasta
  • 400 g of dry lentil
  • salt (according to taste)
