Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • 2.   In a saucepan, pour the plant-based milk, add the chocolate broken into pieces, and melt it over low heat.
  • 3.   In a mixing bowl, combine the whole cane sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and hazelnut powder. Add the oil, hazelnut butter, and mix to incorporate the fat well. Then pour in the soy cream, followed by the melted chocolate, and mix vigorously.
  • 4.   Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with praline and bake for 50 minutes.

  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon of hazelnut powder
  • 3 tablespoon of hazelnut butter
  • 20 cl of soy cream
  • 3 tablespoon of praline
