Instructions

  • 1.   In a blender, blend the diced avocados, lime juice, and paprika.
  • 2.   Pour the coconut milk into the mixture and continue blending until you reach the desired texture (more or less velvety).
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add the lime zest, and heat for a few minutes.

    Taste, adjust the seasoning to your liking, and serve hot.
