Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the crepe batter:

    In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients in order until you get a smooth batter.

    Cook the crepes in a hot pan and set aside.
  • 2.   Prepare the assembly:

    In a round cake pan, place a crepe, spread tomato puree on top, add some finely chopped onion, a few slices of mozzarella, a bit of sour cream, grated cheese, and cover with another crepe.

    Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.

    Finish with a layer of tomato sauce and some parmesan cheese.
  • 3.   Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 cl of sunflower oil
  • 1 onion
  • 50 cl of tomato sauce
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 40 cl of sour cream
  • 40 cl of grated parmesan
