Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the parsnip into cubes
  • 2.   Sauté the parsnip cubes and Herbes de Provence in a skillet with a little olive oil.
  • 3.   Stir and cook for about 15 minutes, while keeping an eye on it.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
