Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 160°C.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic and shallot. Wash and chop the basil.
  • 2.   In a dish, spread out the cherry tomatoes, garlic, shallot, basil, Herbes de Provence, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Bake in the oven at 160°C for 45 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the rice and water, mix well. Cover with aluminum foil and continue cooking at 220°C for 20 minutes.

    Let it rest for 5 minutes and serve.

  • 30 cl of water
