Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the onion and peppers into small dice and sauté them in olive oil
  • 2.   Rinse the split peas and add them to the peppers. Season with salt and pepper
  • 3.   Cover with water and simmer for 1/2 hour until the split peas are tender.
