Red Lentils with Curry

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the garlic and onion.

    Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut it into small cubes.

    Rinse and drain the red lentils.

    Chop the coriander.
  • 2.   In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and onion in sunflower oil.

    Add the tomato, lentils, curry,

    season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Cover the lentils with water, bring to a boil and let cook for about 15 minutes covered.

    Sprinkle with coriander and serve hot.

  • 5 g of curry powder
  • 5 g of ground coriander
