Tomato Basil Spaghetti

Instructions

  • 1.   Plunge the tomatoes in boiling water, drain them, and peel them.

    Cut them into pieces.

    Peel and remove the germ from the garlic cloves.

    Peel and slice the onion.
  • 2.   In a large saucepan, combine the spaghetti, tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves, and basil.

    Pour in 1 liter of water and the olive oil.
  • 3.   Bring to a boil, then let it cook for 8 to 9 minutes over medium heat, gently stirring.

    Serve the tomato basil spaghetti.
