Instructions

  • 1.   · Slice the onions and sauté them in a little oil.
  • 2.   · Slice the parsnip into thin rounds (peel if too bitter) and then into small cubes.
  • 3.   · Also dice the turnips and carrots into small pieces.
  • 4.   · Place the vegetables on top of the onions.

    - Add about 1L of simmering salted water.

    - Cook for 30 minutes.
