Brussels sprouts sauté Indian-style

Instructions

  • 1.   Trim the sprouts and remove any damaged leaves, wash them thoroughly, then slice them.
  • 2.   In a sauté pan, heat the oil and add the mustard.

    Sauté for one or two minutes.

    Add the curry and mix.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the onion and garlic.

    Add the onion to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the garlic, spices, mix, and finally add the sliced sprouts.
  • 5.   Mix everything well, add a glass of water, and let it cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until the sprouts are tender.

    Lightly season with salt.

    Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • 6.   Arrange the sprouts on a serving dish.

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
