1. Trim the sprouts and remove any damaged leaves, wash them thoroughly, then slice them.
2. In a sauté pan, heat the oil and add the mustard.
Sauté for one or two minutes.
Add the curry and mix.
3. Meanwhile, peel and finely slice the onion and garlic.
Add the onion to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Add the garlic, spices, mix, and finally add the sliced sprouts.
5. Mix everything well, add a glass of water, and let it cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until the sprouts are tender.
Lightly season with salt.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
6. Arrange the sprouts on a serving dish.
