Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and thoroughly dry the salad, then cut it into pieces.
  • 2.   In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

    Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, until it is lightly golden and fragrant. Add the salad to the hot skillet.

    Toss well to coat the leaves with the fragrant oil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until the salad starts to wilt.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    If desired, add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to bring a slight tangy and caramelized flavor to the dish.
  • 4.   Serve immediately as a side dish to a main course or as a light appetizer.
