Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and drain the lettuces, separate the leaves. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes.
  • 2.   Then add the lettuce leaves. When the leaves have released their water, add the potatoes.
    Season with salt, pepper, and cover.
  • 3.   Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.
