Instructions

  • 1.   Wash, dry, and cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.
  • 2.   In a saucepan, place the apricots, water, and sugar.
  • 3.   Cover and cook over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Let cool and blend.
