Broccoli, Ginger, and Sesame Soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the broccoli into pieces and set aside a bouquet. Slice the onions, set aside the green part.
  • 2.   In a pot, pour the oil, then sweat the onion and ginger for 5 minutes.

    Add the broccoli, the bouillon cube, and 1L of water, then cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper, then blend everything.

    Sprinkle the bowls with sesame seeds, green onion, and grated broccoli.

  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
