Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the wheat flour with the salt and incorporate the olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the yeast dissolved in 5 cl of slightly sweetened warm water.
  • 3.   Gradually add water until you obtain a non-sticky dough that forms a compact ball.
  • 4.   After letting it rest for 30 minutes, roll out the dough in a pan.
  • 5.   Let it rest while preparing the toppings.

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
