Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the kiwis and tomatoes, slice them.
  • 2.   Arrange in a dish, season with salt, drizzle with a little oil, add the juice of half a lemon or a bit of vinegar according to your dressing preferences.
  • 3.   For a kiwi salad alone, you can skip the vinegar or lemon, as they can sometimes be quite acidic.
