Instructions

  • 1.   Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  • 2.   Cut the bell peppers into small 1/2 centimeter cubes.
  • 3.   Cut the tomato in half and then into 1 centimeter cubes.
  • 4.   Set aside.
  • 5.   Prepare the dressing with canola oil, lime juice, salt, paprika, and Espelette pepper.
  • 6.   Pour all the ingredients into a salad bowl.
  • 7.   Pour the dressing.
  • 8.   Mix well.
  • 9.   Chill in the refrigerator.

  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ½ red bell peppers
  • ½ green bell peppers
  • 200 g of canned peeled tomato
  • 200 g of chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • salt (according to taste)
