Instructions

  • 1.   Place the lentils in a saucepan of cold water and bring to a boil.

    Cook for 15 minutes, then add salt and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Drain and rinse them under cold water. In a salad bowl, mix the mustard, vinegar, and olive oil.
  • 3.   Add the minced onion and chopped parsley.

    Mix and enjoy warm or cold.

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of Sherry vinegar
  • 1 drizzle of rapeseed oil
