Lamb chops with cumin and carrot and potato mash

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the carrots and peel the potatoes. Cut them into pieces and put them in a saucepan, covering them with water. Add salt and pepper and let them cook for 20 minutes.
    Mash them with a potato masher and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Adjust the seasoning.
    Brush the lamb chops with olive oil, then season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
    Pour olive oil into a skillet. Cook the lamb chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Slice and serve with the mash.
