Strawberry Chia Pudding Verrines

Instructions

  • 1.   1. In a bowl, pour the coconut milk (previously heated if it is solidified), chia seeds, and sugar then mix and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 2.   2. Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems.
  • 3.   3. Mix 150 g of strawberries with the yogurt and blend this mixture.
  • 4.   4. Cut the remaining 100 g of strawberries into small pieces.
  • 5.   5. For the presentation, in each glass, place a little of the coconut milk mixture, add the blended yogurt with strawberries on top, cover again with a teaspoon of the coconut milk mixture, and finish with a few strawberry pieces.
