2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
3. Place the florets in a large bowl, then add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix well to evenly coat the pieces.
5. Spread the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, in a single layer.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy.
7. Serve the roasted cauliflower with smoked paprika.
