Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  • 3.   Place the florets in a large bowl, then add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Mix well to evenly coat the pieces.
  • 5.   Spread the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, in a single layer.
  • 6.   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy.
  • 7.   Serve the roasted cauliflower with smoked paprika.

  • 1 pinch of rosemary (optional)
