Broccoli and Carrot Sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots and cut them into rounds.

    Rinse the broccoli and separate the florets.

    Peel and crush the garlic clove.
  • 2.   In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli florets and carrot rounds for 7 minutes.

    Drain them.
  • 3.   In a skillet, heat the oil, add the garlic clove, the drained carrots, and broccoli.
  • 4.   Pour the soy sauce and lemon juice over the mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, then stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.

    Serve the broccoli and carrot sauté immediately.
