Rice salad paella style

Instructions

  • 1.   In a hot saucepan, pour 1 tablespoon of oil and the rice. Let cook while stirring until the rice is translucent, then add 5dl of water. Add the saffron.
  • 2.   Cook the peas in boiling water. Cut the cherry tomatoes.
  • 3.   Prepare the vinaigrette with oil and vinegar.
  • 4.   Drain the rice.
  • 5.   Mix all the ingredients.

  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g of pea
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
