Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the minced onion and garlic in a little oil.
  • 2.   Add the curry, mix and let it cook for a few minutes, then add the sliced carrots, diced apple, split peas, and 25 cl of water.
  • 3.   Cook for 45 minutes over low heat.
