1. Peel the zucchinis every other strip, then slice them very thinly preferably.
2. Rinse, deseed, and chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
3. Chop 3/4 of the garlic clove into very small pieces, then fry them in a pan with sunflower oil.
4. Over low heat, add the vegetables.
Add the remaining quarter of the garlic clove, thinly sliced, and the walnut oil.
5. Let it cook on the heat, possibly on high heat, until the vegetables are well cooked and the zucchinis start to brown.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve!
