Zucchini and bell pepper sauté with walnut oil

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the zucchinis every other strip, then slice them very thinly preferably.
  • 2.   Rinse, deseed, and chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
  • 3.   Chop 3/4 of the garlic clove into very small pieces, then fry them in a pan with sunflower oil.
  • 4.   Over low heat, add the vegetables.
    Add the remaining quarter of the garlic clove, thinly sliced, and the walnut oil.
  • 5.   Let it cook on the heat, possibly on high heat, until the vegetables are well cooked and the zucchinis start to brown.
  • 6.   Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve!

  • 2 teaspoon of walnut oil
