Carrot and Coriander Soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion in oil in a covered skillet until it becomes lightly golden (approximately 10 min).
  • 2.   Add the ground garlic and coriander.

    Add the carrots and potato, then mix everything together.

    Pour in the broth, add salt and pepper to taste, and let simmer for 25 min.
  • 3.   Blend the soup while adding ground coriander.

  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 650 g of frozen carrot
  • 220 g of potato
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 1 orange (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
