Instructions

  • 1.   Cook brown rice
  • 2.   Cut tofu into cubes, broccoli into florets, carrot into thin slices.
  • 3.   Sauté the tofu for 5 minutes in sesame oil. Add garlic, vegetables, soy sauce, cook for 7-10 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve with the rice.
