Quick Red Lentil Bread

Instructions

  • 1.   The day before, soak the red lentils in a large volume of water. The next day, rinse the lentils and put them in a blender with the yeast, olive oil, salt, and warm water. Blend until you get a smooth and thick texture.
  • 2.   Pour the dough into a loaf pan that you have previously lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the dough with the seed mix and let it rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  • 3.   Unmold the bread and let it cool on a rack. Enjoy the bread with spreads or serve it for breakfast or as desired. This bread is ideal for all meals.
