Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • 2.   In a pan, sauté the onion with oil and spices. Add the rice and once it becomes translucent, pour in the raisins.
  • 3.   Cover with water and cook on low heat, covered, for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • 4.   In another pan, toast the dried fruits and then add them to the cooked rice.

  • 300 g of brown rice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 50 g of raisin
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh coriander
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 5 g of saffron
  • 40 g of cashew nut
