Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic and ginger and blend them.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the onion, then sauté it in a saucepan with oil. Add the blended mixture, turmeric, and red beans with a little water.
  • 3.   Mix and cook for about fifteen minutes.
  • 4.   Pour the rice into a pot of boiling water and cook for the time indicated on the packaging.
  • 5.   Drain the rice and serve it with the red beans.
