Instructions

  • 1.   Sprinkle anise or cumin seeds on the puff pastry
  • 2.   Slice beautiful multicolored tomatoes
  • 3.   Spread the tapenade on the tart base
  • 4.   Arrange the tomatoes in a rosette pattern
  • 5.   Add some olives, fleur de sel, and pepper
  • 6.   Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C
  • 7.   Drizzle with olive oil and fresh basil and serve!
