Brussels Sprouts Glazed with Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200C.
    Finely slice the onion.
    Trim the base of the Brussels sprouts, peel the apple and slice it.
    Throw everything into an ovenproof dish, coat with oil, maple syrup, and soy sauce.
    Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden, stirring occasionally.

  • 40 g of dried cranberry
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 60 g of red onion
  • 500 g of Brussels sprout
  • 50 g of walnut
  • 200 g of apple
  • 3 sprig of thyme
