Homemade buckwheat galette

Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, pour: the flour and a pinch of salt / serving.
  • 2.   Add 25 cl of water per person and mix vigorously with a whisk to avoid lumps.

    Optional: let the dough rest if desired for at least 2 hours, it will develop flavors.
  • 3.   Grease a hot pan and pour the equivalent of a ladle of batter while quickly turning the pan to spread it evenly.
  • 4.   Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side over high heat, then flip it to immediately garnish or reserve it on a plate.
  • 5.   Repeat the process until the batter is used up, remembering to grease the pan between each galette.
