Homemade buckwheat galette

Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, pour: the flour and a pinch of salt / serving.
  • 2.   Add 25 cl of water per person and whisk vigorously to avoid lumps.
  • 3.   Grease a hot pan and pour the equivalent of a ladle of batter while quickly turning the pan to spread it evenly.
  • 4.   Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side over high heat, then flip it to immediately garnish or reserve it on a plate.
  • 5.   Repeat the process until all the batter is used, remembering to oil the pan well between each pancake.

    Then garnish according to your taste with ham, eggs, smoked salmon, cheese, etc...

    It's ready!
