Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the oil, water, vinegar, lemon juice, tomato paste, garlic, coriander seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Add the well-washed and divided cauliflower to the mixture, along with the bouquet garni.
  • 3.   Cook everything for 10 minutes.

  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
  • 1 leaf of bouquet garni (optional)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 cl of oil
  • 20 cl of vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
