Vegetable Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the carrots and zucchinis into julienne strips, cook them in vegetable broth for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   Precook the lasagna sheets.
  • 3.   Mix the cooked carrots and zucchinis, mushrooms, onions, garlic and shallots, cream, season.
  • 4.   Arrange in a baking dish alternating layers of lasagna sheets and the mixture.
  • 5.   Finish with melted cheese.
  • 6.   Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 220°C.

  • 10 leaf of lasagna sheet
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 canned mushroom
  • 1 cup of thick sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 100 g of cheese slice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
