Instructions

  • 1.   1. Dip the rice paper sheets and fill them with the vegetables of your choice.
  • 2.   2. To make them more indulgent, you can add rice vermicelli.
  • 3.   3. Serve your spring rolls with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.

Ingredients for servings

  • 8 leaf of rice paper sheet
  • 250 g of vegetable
  • 100 g of rice vermicelli
  • 20 g of sesame seed
  • 30 ml of soy sauce
  • 30 ml of sweet and sour sauce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
