Quinoa, Pea, and Broad Bean Salad

Here is a salad that is quick and easy to make. Not only is it simple but it is also delicious and suitable for any occasion.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the broad beans and peas.
  • 2.   Cook the quinoa in salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Wash and chop the parsley and slice the radish.
  • 4.   In a large salad bowl, mix the quinoa and the rest of the ingredients.
  • 5.   Serve immediately.
