Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and cut the red peppers in half. Remove the seeds and roughly chop them.
  • 2.   Peel the garlic.
  • 3.   Crush the chopped red peppers and peeled garlic using a mortar and pestle, until you obtain a smooth but thick paste.
  • 4.   Add grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, and fine salt to the chili paste, then mix well.
  • 5.   Pour the red chili paste into a jar with an airtight lid.
  • 6.   Close the jar with the lid and store the red chili paste in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  • 7.   Use this red chili paste for your meat grills or shrimp skewers. You can also incorporate it into a pizza or a savory cake, for example.
