Oatmeal and Peanut Butter Cookies

A healthy and decadent snack (yes, it's possible!) with a delicious peanut butter flavor, coated in chocolate for even more indulgence.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Blend the oatmeal until it becomes a powder.
  • 3.   Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and water, then blend again until you get a slightly sticky dough.
  • 4.   Chop the dates and mix them into the dough by hand, it's more effective than using the blender.
  • 5.   Shape the dough into small balls, you can lightly moisten your hands if the dough is too sticky.
  • 6.   Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten them using a glass to get a small cookie shape, as shown in the photos.
  • 7.   Bake for about 15 minutes. Then let them cool.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Use the small blender to grind the oatmeal into powder. The large one is not suitable.
  • Use the 6th cutter starting from the smallest.

  • 3 tablespoon of water
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 3 Medjool dates
