Instructions

  • 1.   - dice the peppers after removing the seeds
  • 2.   - blend onions and garlic
  • 3.   - finely dice the chili pepper
  • 4.   - dice the tomatoes
  • 5.   Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan; add the onion/garlic mixture and a pinch of sugar over medium heat until translucent.
  • 6.   Reduce heat to low.
  • 7.   Add the peppers, tomatoes, and chili pepper. Add the 1/2 glass of water (which will be absorbed by the ingredients).
  • 8.   Add the tomato paste.
  • 9.   Add the spices and salt.

  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 140 g of tomato paste
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoon of chili spices
  • 1 small green chili pepper
