Instructions
1. In a pot, rinse the rice with cold water. Do it several times until the water becomes clear. Drain it well.
2. In the same pot, cover the rice with cold water. Add salt.
3. Bring the rice to a boil over high heat. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low. Stir the rice and let it cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes without touching it.
4. Remove the pot from the heat and gently stir the rice with a wooden spoon.
5. Put the lid back on and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes off the heat. Serve.
