Instructions

  • 1.   In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and chia seeds.
  • 2.   In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, agave syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • 3.   Make a well in the flour mixture and gradually pour in the milk mixture until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter. Stir in the chocolate chips and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Heat a little oil in a large non-stick skillet over low/medium heat. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Transfer the pancake to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 12 pancakes.

  • 350 ml of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoon of sunflower oil
