Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2.   Separate the cauliflower into florets and toss them in a bowl with the spices, then spray with oil.
  • 3.   Place the cauliflower florets on the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender, flipping the florets halfway through cooking.

  • ½ teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
