Artichoke & Broad Bean Spaghetti

Instructions

. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts and cut them in half. Blanch for 2 minutes. Squeeze the lemons.

. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain.

. Crush the oregano with a pinch of salt in a mortar until it forms a paste. Add the olive oil and lemon juice.

. Combine the hot pasta, artichokes, and broad beans, then pour the sauce over and season.
