Artichoke & Broad Bean Spaghetti

Instructions

  • 1.   Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts and cut them in half. Blanch for 2 minutes. Squeeze the lemons.
  • 2.   Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain.
  • 3.   Crush the oregano with a pinch of salt in a mortar until it forms a paste. Add the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • 4.   Combine the hot pasta, artichokes, and broad beans, then pour the sauce over and season.

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 320 g of artichoke heart
  • 450 g of edamame
  • 1 bunch of fresh oregano
  • 4 untreated lemon
  • 80 ml of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
