Instructions

  • 1.   Peel (or scrape) the carrots, then cut them into thin slices. Clean the broccoli and separate into small florets. Wash and deseed the bell pepper, then cut it into thin strips. Drain the corn.
  • 2.   In a pot of salted boiling water, add the carrots and broccoli and let them cook for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • 3.   Peel the onion and garlic, and chop them.
  • 4.   Grease a large skillet and sweat the chopped onion in it. Then add all the vegetables, chopped garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Stir and let it brown for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
