Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Separate the cauliflower florets, wash them, and drain them. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3.   Place them in a freezer bag and add olive oil, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag tightly, without removing the air, then shake to coat the florets evenly.
  • 4.   Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 5.   Serve with a sautéed spinach and enjoy!
