Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS;
    ▢ A scale.
    ▢ A teaspoon + a tablespoon.
    ▢ A rice cooker.
    ▢ A steamer basket.
    ▢ A peeler.
    ▢ A vegetable knife.
    ▢ A vegetable cutting board.
    ▢ A frying pan + its lid.
    ▢ A small bowl.
    ▢ A colander.
    ▢ A fine sieve (4 months).
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS;
    A) Prepare the necessary ingredients and utensils.
    B) Cook the rice.
    C) Preparations;
    __- Wash, peel, and dice the carrots and tomatoes.
    __- Slice the onion. Drain the corn and beans.
    D) Steam the carrots for about 20 minutes.
    E) In the frying pan;
    __- Sauté the onion in oil. Set aside.
    __- Cook the tomatoes over low heat and covered.
    F) From here, prepare the baby's meal according to their age.
  • 3.   FROM 4 MONTHS: Corn cream (100g);
    - Blend 80g of corn with 20 to 40 mL of bottled water.
    - Blend until smooth.
    - Strain with a fine sieve to remove the skins.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 4.   FROM 6 MONTHS: Carrot-tomato-corn puree (150g);
    - Blend 80g of carrots + 40g of tomato sauce + 30g of corn.
    - Add a pinch of Mexican spices.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 5.   FROM 9 MONTHS: Chili puree with rice (180g);
    - Blend 50g of carrots + 50g of tomato sauce + 25g of corn + 5g of onions.
    - Add a pinch of Mexican spices + 1 teaspoon of oil.
    - Mix with 50g of rice.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 6.   ADULTS;
    G) Add the vegetables to the tomato sauce.
    __- Add 2 teaspoons of Mexican spices.
    __- Mix and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
    H) Serve the rice with the chili sin carne, add spices if needed.
    Pairs well with fresh cilantro.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
  • 7.   FROM 12 MONTHS: Chili sin carne and rice (200g);
    - Serve 80g of rice + 120g of chili sin carne.
    - Blend if not comfortable with chunks and mix with the rice.

    BEFORE 15 MONTHS;
    - Very few mashed red beans. Then offer them whole.
    - Offer them separately, for picking.
    🍽️ Enjoy hot.
